SFW: 1 - 3 People 2 Mil
NSFW: 1 - 3 People 3.5 Mil
Additional People:
SFW: 1 - 3 People 2 Mil

Small - 10 mil
Medium - 15 mil
Large - 20 mil
Fee includes interior and exterior
Inside Furniture Fee:
Small - 8 mil
Medium - 10 mil
Large - 15 mil
Exterior Furniture Fee:
All sizes - 5 mil
Any of the furniture fee left over at the end of the build will be refunded. I am an Omni-crafter so that will help with the charges. The Furniture fee can also be paid if you do all the crafting.I can also offer any of the housing skins for a small added fee

Rules:
- My main is on the Crystal Data Center, but I can also work on Primal.- Designs will be a max of 2 floors for a Medium and Large.- Half the commission will be due at the time of the agreement. The remaining will be due after we walk through and you are happy with the build.-The furniture fee will be due at the time of the agreement as well.- Commission does not include the Furniture Fee.- If you have any questions or doubts during the commission please make sure you reach out to me.- Please check on the process through out the build, in case of any changes that might need to be made. If so, please let me know right away.- Please don't add or remove any furniture while work is being done to your house.- When the house is completed I would like to take pictures of the build so I may add it to my portfolio.
